I’m a Mindfulness Teacher and Coach whose work is shaped by a journey from Hollywood acting to decades of intensive meditation, close mentorship, and psychology-informed training.

In 1–1 sessions, you’re gently guided to turn toward stuck places, begin unwinding somatically held emotional energy, and disrupt addictive patterns to galvanize healing and development. This work is not about quick fixes or grandiose promises. It’s a patient, skills-based process rooted in courage, painstaking kindness, and the willingness to feel what has long been avoided.
