In 1-1 Sessions
In 1–1 sessions, you are gently guided to turn toward stuck places rather than bypass them, begin unwinding somatically held emotional patterns, and develop greater awareness of the habits and protective strategies that shape your life. This work is not about quick fixes or grand promises. It is a patient, skills-based process rooted in courage, careful kindness, and the willingness to feel what has been avoided.
Blake brings a warm, steady, and deeply human presence to this work. Sessions offer a grounded space to slow down, breathe, and explore your inner landscape with less judgment and more clarity—while building practical tools you can use in daily life.
